EXPOSED – LOCKDOWN SERIES
In Feb 2020 we were celebrating the launch of Exposed which follows a group of friends in their last year of school and revolves around a key incident where nude images are leaked across the school, addressing issues like loneliness and anger.
Lockdown was announced and life changed overnight. School ended abruptly, GCSEs were cancelled and hanging out with friends became a thing of the past. With lots in the mainstream media about key workers and the vulnerable but very little about young people; it was the perfect time to revisit the characters of Exposed experiencing lockdown from a youth perspective and highlight positive ways to manage mental health and wellbeing.
With multiple scenes, eight cast members and a scaled back crew, Exposed parts two and three were written, shot, directed, produced and edited entirely in isolation, without any of the cast or crew meeting face-to-face.
