We were commissioned by 23Red to create three adverts in a brand new Think! campaign for the Department of Transport.
This was one of the first times the Think! campaign had taken a lighter approach to reach a wider young audience, with humour being a key part of the behaviour change. The ads were aimed at intervening to stop a friend drink driving and were broadcast around Christmas 2019. The ads were also shown in football grounds, pubs, and across Spotify. This was our second collaboration with our friends at 23Red, we really enjoyed working with them and The Department for Transport.

As well as originating our own content we are sometimes asked to bring other people’s ideas to life. 23Red approached us with a creative brief and scripts and at short notice we pulled together three adverts to prevent young people from drink driving over the xmas period. According to Kantar research throughout the campaign period there was increased ‘unacceptability to allow friends to drink drive and a sense of responsibility to intervene’. They also found ‘that most people would be more likely to stop their friend from drink driving as a result of seeing the ad.’
